Survivor testifies in SF traffic killings trial

The star prosecution witness is on the stand in the triple-murder trial of an alleged gang member accused of gunning down a man and his two sons in San Francisco traffic.

Andrew Bologna was the only victim to survive the 2008 shooting.

Prosecutors say Edwin Ramos killed Bologna’s father and brothers because he mistook someone in their car as a gang rival.

Ramos maintains that another person in his car was the shooter.

On Wednesday, the 21-year-old Bologna took the stand to describe the deadly encounter. In the tearful testimony, he said he saw Ramos stop next to their car in an intersection, give his father a mean look, then pull out a gun.

Bologna testified that Ramos appeared to be the only person inside his car.
